Felicia Worrell is a dedicated and passionate real estate professional, proudly serving the Goldsboro, NC area. Originally from Mt. Olive, NC, Felicia is a proud single mother to two wonderful daughters who inspire her daily to lead with strength, integrity, and purpose.

Coming from a strong military family background, Felicia has a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by service members and their loved ones. Her father was a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Air Force, her grandmother was a WWII Army Nurse Captain, and her great aunt served as an Army Colonel. 

With this legacy of service, Felicia has a genuine heart for the military community and is honored to give back by helping military families find the perfect place to call home—wherever life may take them.

With a strong educational foundation, Felicia holds a BA degree in Psychology from UNC Wilmington, an MBA from Strayer University, and an honorary Doctorate in Theology from Bible Faith Global University. She is also a published author, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning, personal growth, and sharing knowledge with others.

Before beginning her real estate career, Felicia spent 12 years teaching business at the middle school level. During that time, she developed a deep passion for mentorship, communication, and empowering others—skills that now play a vital role in her client service. She also brings valuable experience from the life and health insurance industry, offering her clients added insight into protecting their investments and planning for the future.

Felicia’s true passion lies in helping others achieve their dreams and goals. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, helping families find their forever home, or guiding sellers through the process, she is committed to providing professional guidance, technical expertise, and genuine care every step of the way.
